Rik Silva

Rik Silva is an experienced sales and technology professional with a diverse background in account management and automation. Currently serving as the VP of Technology New Business Sales at HGS since June 2025, Rik has previously held key positions including Senior Account Executive at Thinkmax, AVP of Automation, and Client Services Director at HGS Digital. Prior to that, Rik worked as the Northeast Alliance Sales Manager at EPiServer and held various roles at Ektron and TSD, including Regional Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, and Support Representative. Rik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from UMASS Amherst, completed in 1993.
