Aritro Das is a skilled professional with experience in research and development, engineering, and business management. Currently serving as a Leadership Trainee at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages since April 2024, Aritro previously held significant roles at Unilever, including Senior R&D Associate and Research and Development Associate, where notable achievements include successfully challenging Colgate Palmolive's advertising claims and launching Pepsodent Germicheck + Mouth Rinse during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Unilever, Aritro worked as a Process Engineer at ITC Limited, optimizing operations of a paperboard manufacturing machine and achieving record production levels. Aritro began the career with internships at RB, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Eveready, gaining foundational industry experience. Aritro holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
