Shashwati P is an experienced professional in inclusion and diversity, currently serving as the National Manager and Inclusion and People & Culture Champion at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages since October 2022. Shashwati leads initiatives to foster diverse and inclusive environments across India’s varied demographics, collaborating with multiple functions to enhance organizational success. Prior to this, Shashwati was an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant at Inclusion Digest, empowering organizations through strategic DEI policies and training for over 2,400 individuals. As a Senior Program Manager at GiftAbled, Shashwati developed and executed D&I programs that achieved high client satisfaction. Early career experiences include marketing at Wipro Technologies and a role as a software engineer at Cerner Corporation. Shashwati holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
