Neha Madan

Neha Madan is an accomplished professional currently serving as Assistant Manager in Network Planning at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited since October 2015, where Neha developed a strategic dashboard for market share analysis. Previously, Neha managed revenue growth for the Allied Retail Business operations in the North Zone and led the creation of HPCL's IDEA Junction portal, focusing on gathering requirements and developing user stories. Neha began expertise in chemical engineering through various internships, including roles at Indian Oil Corp Limited and Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop Ltd, where Neha gained knowledge in production technologies and chemical operations. Neha holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and an M.Tech in Hydrocarbon Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and completed secondary education with honors at D.A.V. Centenary Public School.
