Darpan Bhasin

Darpan Bhasin is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hindware Limited since November 2023. Prior to this role, Darpan held the position of Group Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Intex Technologies (India) Ltd. from July 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, aligning talent acquisition with business goals, and driving compliance in recruitment practices. Darpan's experience also includes founding a recruitment firm, Xactsearch, where management of hiring for various clients was a key focus, as well as previous roles at Dish TV, inTarvo Technologies Limited, and Multiplier (DDB Mudra) with significant responsibilities in recruitment strategy and execution. Darpan holds an MBA in Human Resources from the All India Management Association and has a strong educational background in commerce from Delhi University.
