Austin Drake

Austin Drake is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Office of Investments, Debt Finance & Dispositions at Hines since February 2016, Austin leads debt financing strategies and oversees transactions across the Americas. Prior to Hines, Austin worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Associate, providing corporate real estate analysis and supporting brokers in tenant representation and investment sales. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Risk Advisor at Enbridge Energy, Senior Associate in Risk Advisory Services at KPMG, and Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included collateral administration and financial reporting. Austin holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Rice Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
