Cassidy Wald

Cassidy Wald is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director - HR Business Partner for the West Region at Hines, Cassidy previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Axia Water, part of Alpine Investors. Previous positions also include People Strategist at Stitch Fix and various consulting roles at Bain & Company, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant and eventually Consultant. Additionally, Cassidy gained experience as a Business Operations Extern at Springboard. Academically, Cassidy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Brown University, and has recently completed an advanced degree at Harvard Business School from 2021 to 2023.
