Dave O'Donnell

Dave O'Donnell is an experienced professional in commercial property management, with a solid foundation in client services and education. They began their career as an Associate in Global Client Services at Ivy Asset Management before transitioning to various roles in real estate, including licensed salesperson and investment sales associate. Over the years, Dave has held multiple positions at Hines, culminating as a Senior Property Manager at 375 and 435 Hudson Street. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations - Real Estate Services at Northwell Health, following a recent tenure as a Senior Property Manager. Dave holds a BS in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University and an MSEd in Childhood Education/Special Education from St. John's University.
