David Piro

David Piro is a seasoned property and restaurant management professional with extensive experience in both sectors. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Hines since August 2009, David oversees the management of over 1.7 million square feet of Class A+ office space at One and Two Shell Plaza. Prior to this role, David held the position of Area Director at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., where full P&L leadership was provided for a $40 million operation across seven stores in Texas, achieving top 5% rankings nationwide in profitability and sales growth. David's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager and Equity Partner at Lonestar Franchise Group LLC, where a successful franchise restaurant startup was developed, and at Chili's, where operational responsibilities were managed for a high-profile restaurant, improving its profitability. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University.
