Eldridge M. has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Leasing Consultant, focusing on resident engagement, retention, and sales in various locations. In May 2014, they became a Community Manager of a 104-unit garden-style community in Lynnwood, WA, where they managed all aspects of community and business operations. From June 2015 to October 2017, they managed a LEED GOLD Certified mid-rise building with 287 residential units and 7 retail tenants in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. In November 2017, they took on the role of Community Manager for a 301-unit mid-rise building in the same neighborhood. Eldridge handled all employee relation functions, budget evaluations, and financial reporting. In 2019, they joined PS Business Parks, Inc. as a Property Manager, overseeing the operations of their Pacific Northwest Seattle Property Management team and managing a diverse portfolio of properties totaling 1.3 million square feet. In 2022, they transitioned to Link Logistics Real Estate as a Property Manager, where they now oversee and leads the day-to-day operations of their Business Parks Seattle portfolio.

Eldridge M. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, starting in 2000 and completing their studies in 2004. Eldridge then pursued further education, achieving a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from Binghamton University between 2004 and 2006.
