Dr. Kai-Magnus Schulte

Dr. Kai-Magnus Schulte is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing acquisitions and overseeing business plans in Northern Germany, particularly in Hamburg and Berlin, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head at Hines since August 2012. Prior to this role, Dr. Schulte held various positions including Director and Associate at Hines, and gained academic experience as a Research Associate and PhD Student at the IREBS Department of Real Estate, University of Regensburg, where responsibilities included supervising theses and organizing seminars. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the IREBS Department of Real Estate, a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Regensburg, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
