Elliot Millican

Elliot Millican is a seasoned professional in the design industry with extensive experience in conceptual construction and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Conceptual Construction at Hines since May 2018, Elliot previously held the position of Houston Office Director at ME Engineers from August 2014 to May 2018. Prior experience includes an Associate Principal role at E&C Engineers & Consultants Inc. from July 2001 to July 2014, and an internship at Monitor Inc. in 1999. Elliot possesses strong skills in LEED projects, HVAC design, and construction drawings. Elliot earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1996 and 2001.
