Eric Weisenstein

Eric Weisenstein, CPM, currently serves as the Managing Director of Commercial Management Services at Hines, a role held since March 2016, overseeing property, facility, and engineering management across the U.S. Prior to this position, Eric Weisenstein was with Transwestern from November 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities included roles such as Vice President of Property Management and General Property Manager for various significant properties, including the 25-story Class A office building at 1125 Seventeenth Street and the 43-story Class A building at 1999 Broadway, both located in the Central Business District, as well as the mixed-use commercial property at Aurora Marketplace.
