Gianmarco Cannizzo

Gianmarco Cannizzo is an experienced professional in the field of development, currently working at Hines since June 2024. Previously, Gianmarco served as Development Manager at Properteers Group from July 2023 to February 2024, overseeing the management of a £15M GDV residential portfolio that included airspace developments in central London and high-end single-family homes in Kent. From July 2021 to June 2023, Gianmarco held positions as Junior Architectural Designer and Architectural Design Assistant at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Assistant at UNICA Architects in June 2019. Gianmarco's educational background includes a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading, a postgraduate program in Real Estate Development from Cornell University, a combined Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture in Structural Engineering with Architecture from The University of Sheffield, and participation in the AA New York Visiting School focused on Urban Futures.
