Ian Brown is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of Finance at Hines since January 2008, Ian oversees financial management, real estate acquisitions, disposals, and debt origination for Hines' UK operations. Prior to this role, Ian held positions as M&A Director at Credit Suisse from 1996 to 2007 and as Audit Manager at PwC from 1990 to 1996. Ian earned a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge between 1987 and 1990, following education at The King's School in Canterbury from 1982 to 1986.
