John A. Heagy

John A. Heagy, III is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and property management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Hines since June 1996, John oversees the leasing and marketing of a 4.1 million square foot portfolio of office buildings in Atlanta. Previously, John held the role of Senior Vice President at Faison, where responsibilities included managing a 5.5 million square foot portfolio, and at Portman Barry Investments, where John managed marketing and leasing for a 4.3 million square foot office portfolio. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Leasing at Johnson Office Interests, focusing on the Monarch office building in Atlanta. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia.
