Junaid Karimi

Junaid Karimi is a seasoned professional in total rewards and HRIS, currently serving as Vice President at Hines. Previously, Junaid held the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards at EthosEnergy and served as Senior Manager for Total Rewards at BJ Services. Early in Junaid's career, valuable experience was gained as a Senior Consultant in the Wealth Practice at Buck and as a Consultant for Talent and Rewards at Willis Towers Watson. Junaid holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
