Kimberly de la Fuente

Kimberly de la Fuente serves as the Senior Managing Director at Hines, a position held since March 2005, where responsibilities include maximizing the value of office, industrial, and multifamily properties across the Southwest Region, including Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. With expertise in leasing, asset repositioning, refinancing, valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions, Kimberly has held various roles at Hines, including Managing Director of Asset Management and Director of Asset Management. Prior to Hines, Kimberly worked as an Audit Associate at EY from August 2003 to August 2004. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Kimberly attended The University of Texas School of Law for a brief period.
