Mary Edmunds

Mary Edmunds is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director of Human Resources at Hines since September 2019, Mary leads the strategic people agenda in Europe to enhance business performance. Prior roles include Senior Consultant in Strategy and Planning at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and Senior Manager of Human Resources, where Mary contributed to corporate transformation and significant performance improvement initiatives. Mary has also held leadership positions at Willis Insurance Group, TUI Travel PLC, Barclays, and Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on organizational transformation, talent management, and cultural alignment. Mary Edmunds holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the University of Exeter, and has pursued further education at Harvard Business School.
