Megan Laurin

Megan Laurin, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance within the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Controller at Hines since January 2007, overseeing financial operations for multiple Class A office buildings in Chicago. Prior roles at Hines include Controller and Assistant Controller, and a background as Senior Project Accountant managing GAAP-compliant financial statements for a significant office property. Prior to Hines, Megan held positions at Place Properties, Wells Real Estate Funds, and Kevin King & Associates, gaining expertise in financial statement preparation, team supervision, and general ledger management. Megan earned an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Business Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
