Melissa Kud

Melissa Kud (Rapp) has extensive experience in financial leadership and management, currently serving as Vice President and Controller at Hines since May 2007, where Melissa has also held positions as Senior Controller and Controller. Prior to Hines, Melissa was the Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller at Inland Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. from March 2004 to April 2007, and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Coleman Powermate from January 2003 to March 2004. Melissa began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from September 1999 to January 2003. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University between 1995 and 1999.
