Paul Brenner

Paul Brenner is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director-Controller at Hines since August 1998, Paul previously held the position of Financial Controller at Parkmerced Apartments during the Helmsley-Spear ownership period from March 1992 to July 1998. Additional experience includes Financial Controller roles at Spieker Companies, Inc. and California Financial & Investment Group, as well as positions as a Senior Accountant at Tandem Computers and Bank of America, and as a Senior Auditor and Tax Intern at KPMG. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
