Peter Deleon

Peter deLeon is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as General Manager and Property Manager at Hines since February 2018, overseeing Hock Plaza, a prominent office building near Duke University. As the Managing Partner and Founder of RRR Design and Build, LLC since May 2002, Peter focuses on residential renovation and property investments. Prior roles include Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where Peter managed the opening of a significant life science project, and Director of Asset Management at Scientific Properties, handling a commercial portfolio. Previous experience also includes managerial roles at Madison Marquette and Northgate Associates, as well as a background in marketing and engineering. Peter holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
