Steven Diroff is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Hines since August 2014, Steven has overseen significant projects including the foundation and Diagrid superstructure of the 53W53 (MoMA tower) and the Bank of China New York Headquarters at 7 Bryant Park. Prior to Hines, Steven worked as a Project Manager at Toll Brothers, focusing on luxury high-rise condominiums, and held positions at Structuretone, Sonnenfeld and Trocchia Architects, Anthony M. Condouris, and Jack Purivs Architect, contributing to notable projects in the New York metropolitan area.
