Theresa Terrell

Theresa Terrell is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney currently serving as Vice President - Associate General Counsel at Hines since March 2020, following a role as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Theresa worked as Senior Associate General Counsel for Real Estate at The Howard Hughes Corporation from September 2012 to March 2020 and gained valuable experience as an Associate at Jackson Walker LLP from September 2006 to September 2012. Earlier in Theresa's career, a position was held in the Athletics Department at The University of Arizona, focusing on marketing and corporate sales. Academically, Theresa holds a Master's in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Arizona.
