Yair Titelboim

Yair Titelboim is an experienced professional in the fields of urban planning, architecture, and real estate innovation. Currently, Yair serves in the Global Ventures division of the Hines Office of Innovation since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Research and Development Scientist at the MIT Real Estate Innovation Lab and an Instructor at the MIT Center for Real Estate, where Yair taught Data Science and Machine Learning for Real Estate. Other significant positions include Development Lead at Lovett Commercial, Computational Specialist at Elkus Manfredi Architects, and Architect Project Lead at Kimmel Eshkolot Architects. Yair's early career includes service as an EOD Intelligence Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces. Yair holds a Master in City Planning and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an undergraduate degree in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
