Jim Spencer

Jim Spencer is a Member at Hinkle Law Firm LLC since January 2006, specializing in employee benefits and employment law. In this role, Jim advises business clients on federal and state laws affecting employers, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, USERRA, COBRA, ERISA, and relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
