John Ascherl

John Ascherl is an experienced engineering professional with a background in product development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Hinkley since May 2023, John previously worked as a Project Manager/Engineer at EMH, Inc. from February 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, John held the position of Senior Product Development Engineer at Kichler Lighting from January 2001 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing the development of lighting products and systems. John’s career began at Dreison International from October 1994 to January 2001 as a Product Engineer, focusing on product development and sustaining engineering for various automotive applications. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned between 1984 and 1989.
