Nicci Johnson is an experienced professional in data strategy and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Data Strategy & Analytics at Hinkley since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nicci worked at GOJO Industries from October 2015 to October 2022, where positions included Customer Segmentation & Data Management Manager and Customer Segmentation Manager. Earlier in their career, Nicci held roles at Panther Premium Logistics from January 2010 to October 2015, such as Manager of Sales Administration and Campaign Manager. Nicci Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Financial Management and Business Management from Hiram College between 2010 and 2014.
