Ray Orton

Ray Orton has extensive work experience in the purchasing field. Ray is currently the Vice President of Purchasing at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc., starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, they were the General Manager of Purchasing at the same company from May 2018 to April 2022. Before joining Hino, they worked at A123 Systems as the Global Director of Purchasing from January 2015 to May 2018. Ray also held various roles at Takata, including Senior Purchasing Manager from December 2011 to January 2015, Account Manager from September 2007 to December 2011, and Commodity Manager from March 2003 to September 2007. Ray'scareer in purchasing began at Isuzu, where they worked as a Buyer from 2000 to 2003.

Ray Orton earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2003. Ray later pursued a Master's degree in Business (MSM) from Walsh College from 2006 to 2007.
