Russ Mitchell

Russ Mitchell has extensive experience in quality assurance and vehicle support, having served as General Manager of Quality Assurance at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc. from March 2006 until retirement in August 2022, overseeing warranty administration and final vehicle quality. Prior to this role, Russ was the Manager of the Product Support Center at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. from 1992 to 2004, focusing on field quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Russ held the position of Manager at the Mitsubishi Product Support Center for DaimlerChrysler from July 1992 to February 2003, where responsibilities included managing technical support for the Chrysler side of Mitsubishi’s business. Education includes attendance at Oklahoma State University from 1978 to 1980 and studies at Platt College-North OKC.
