Alexandra Tapak Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at CCC Intelligent Solutions since February 2018, Alexandra has successfully led OEM launch implementations and developed strategic reports for client leadership. As the Founder of Progressive Performance Consulting LLC, Alexandra collaborates with clients to enhance their mental strengths and achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, Alexandra provides external consulting services for The Hinsdale Racquet Club, focusing on social media management and engagement analysis. With prior experience in clinical psychology and extensive involvement in project management during academic pursuits at Carnegie Mellon University, Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Psychology, a Master of Arts in Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University, and a Project Management Professional Certification.
