Marcin Dyguda

Marcin Dyguda is currently the engineering manager at Hinterview. Marcin has also previously worked as the engineering director at Divante from February 2014 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of 45+ specialists, overseeing and supervising project managers in the software delivery process, implementing DevOps practices, and mentoring and empowering leaders. Additionally, they were responsible for department financial performance, ensuring custom satisfaction, and sales activities.

Marcin is an effective leader with a proven track record in strategy execution, problem solving, and team management. Marcin is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and delivering high quality software products.

Marcin Dyguda holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometry from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school.
