Jeremy Lyon-Lee is an experienced managing director with a strong background in headhunting for the financial sector. Since April 2009, Jeremy has served as managing director at Hinton Rose, specializing in distressed debt, NPLs, high yield, event-driven strategies, equity arbitrage, loans, and real estate. Prior to this role, Jeremy led Morgan Hunt's London headhunting practice from July 2000 to April 2009 and worked as a consultant at Morahan Associates from September 1998 to July 2000. Jeremy holds a BA in Business and Psychology from the University of Leeds, completed in 1996.

Hinton Rose was formed out of Morgan Hunt's London headhunting organisation, meaning that we combine the fresh minded independence of a start up with the proven track record of a well established business and a database spanning over 19 years. Our clients are both international and UK based and we work across a range of geographic markets with the focus on London and Europe. Within the sectors in which we specialise, we have been responsible for a wide variety of different placements, from key strategic and senior roles, to mid-level and junior positions. We have also built from scratch whole trading desks for banks and entire analyst teams for hedge funds.
