Annastiina Hintsa

Annastiina Hintsa began their work experience in 2010 as a Business Analyst at Capful Oy. In 2011, they worked as an Information Specialist at the Bank of Finland and concurrently held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Annastiina continued their role at McKinsey & Company until 2015. In 2016, they joined Hintsa Performance as the Head of Services and remained in this position until 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the COO and Entrepreneur at Hintsa Performance. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Hintsa Performance and a Member of the Board of Directors at Nordic Semiconductor ASA.

Annastiina Hintsa completed their M.Sc. in Economics from Aalto University School of Economics from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued a degree in International Management (MIM) with a focus on International Management at CEMS, from 2010 to 2011.
