Paula Poukka

Paula Poukka is currently serving as the Business Development Director at Hintsa Performance, where they focus on driving business growth. Previously, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Videoly and held various roles, including Head of Nordic Sales and Consultant at Deloitte. Paula co-founded Aalto Women in Business, a network aimed at connecting and inspiring emerging women leaders. They have also worked in human resources at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., and gained early experience as a trainee at Accenture and Synocus Oy. Paula earned a Master of Science in Information Networks from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has a background in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
