Felicity Slater

Felicity Slater is an associate at Hintze Law PLLC, specializing in privacy and health law, pending Washington State bar admission, since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Fellow for U.S. Privacy Legislation and Health Privacy at the Future of Privacy Forum from September 2022 to January 2024, and completing a data privacy legal externship at Flywire in late 2021. Additionally, Felicity held roles as a legal and policy intern and student researcher at the Future of Privacy Forum in 2021 and was the Matthew Z. Gomes Fellow at the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic during summer 2020. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Felicity worked as the Institutional Giving Manager at MacDowell from 2017 to 2019. Felicity holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Philosophy from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Grinnell College.
