Melissa Levis is an experienced professional in project management and implementation within the healthcare technology sector. At Hixny since December 2014, Melissa has held various roles including Manager of Implementation, Lead Technical Project Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to Hixny, Melissa served as the Professional Relations & Senior IT Manager at Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and managing information systems and Electronic Medical Records. Melissa's career began as a Professional Relations Manager at Albany-Troy Cataract & Laser Associates. Melissa holds an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. in Public Communication from Buffalo State University.
