Allison McGuire

Allison McGuire is an accomplished finance professional with a strong track record in financial management and oversight across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at HIP Creative since September 2024, Allison is responsible for overseeing financial operations to ensure organizational health. Previously, at Sikich as a Manager, Allison excelled in Controller and Fractional CFO roles for high-growth entrepreneurs, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Prior roles included Senior Analyst at Accelerated Growth, Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, and several client finance management positions at Marketing Werks, Havas Media Group, Digitas North America, and FCB Chicago. Allison holds a degree in Finance with a Spanish minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
