Sara van der Meer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Head of Operations & Finance and Director of Sustainability at HIP V. HYPE since February 2018. Key achievements include leading ISO certification processes, creating budget and forecasting templates, and implementing project management systems. Prior roles include providing sustainable design advice for the City of Greater Geelong, managing operations at Avanti Coffee, and assistant management positions at Blue Moose Cafe and Fergie's Cafe and Wine Bar. Sara holds a Master's degree in Global Business and Stakeholder Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from International School the Hague.
