Cynthia Tang

Cynthia Tang's work experience includes a role as Lead Product Designer at hipages Group starting in July 2022, and a previous role as Senior Product Designer at the same company from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior to their time at hipages Group, they worked at Sitback Solutions. At Sitback Solutions, they held the positions of Experience Design Team Lead from January 2020 to October 2021, Senior Experience Design Consultant from January 2019 to December 2019, and Experience Design Consultant from January 2017 to December 2018. Before Sitback Solutions, Cynthia worked as a User Experience Consultant on a professional placement at Sitback Solutions from August 2015 to November 2015. During this placement, they assisted the XD team with usability testing, creating deliverables, and participating in a project for Citibank's Mobile Challenge.

Cynthia Tang completed their education in the field of psychology. Cynthia obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree from UNSW, graduating in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Psychology (Organisational) degree at UNSW from 2015 to 2016. Cynthia also received additional certifications in various areas, including Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in September 2018, General Psychologist from AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) in February 2017, and Fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the Australian Psychological Society (APS) in April 2015.
