Kylie Quinlivan

Kylie Quinlivan is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary currently at hipages since October 2021, previously holding the same titles at Horizon Oil Limited from September 2016 to October 2021. Kylie's legal expertise spans public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate fundraising, and significant transactional work, including roles at MinterEllison as a Corporate Senior Associate. Prior experience includes corporate law practice at Sparke Helmore Lawyers and legal officer duties for the Office of the Attorney General of Samoa. Kylie's contribution to non-profit work includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at the Women's & Girls' Emergency Centre. Kylie holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
