Jakob Gillmann

Jakob Gillmann is the Managing Director and Co-founder of HiPeople, a company specializing in AI-powered assessments and reference checks for talent acquisition teams globally, a role held since November 2019. From July 2017, Jakob has served as an investor supporting various startups, including Zero, Langfuse, Midlane, Bryo, and Kreatize. Prior to HiPeople, Jakob held leadership positions in growth and sales operations at adjust.com, and contributed to market development at Peakon and Falcon Social. Experience also includes market development for the DACH region at Optimizely, and global venture development management at Rocket Internet GmbH. Jakob's educational background includes a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Zeppelin University.
