Santayian Kantai

Santayian Kantai is a Senior Associate at Hiperpool since August 2022, having received an early promotion from Associate. At Hiperpool, a leading recruitment and career development platform for business professionals, Santayian serves as a Talent Sponsor. Prior experience includes being the sole recipient of the Beacon Scholarship, awarded for leadership potential and financial need, during tenure at The Beacon Equity Trust from September 2019 to July 2022, which allowed studies at Imperial College London. Additionally, Santayian has experience as a Fundraising Consultant for Sapphire Medical Foundation, where a sustainable fundraising model was created, and as a Project Developer for T21 Families support organization in Kenya, focusing on resources for caregivers of children with Down Syndrome. Academically, Santayian holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biosciences from Imperial College London.
