Russell Tindol has a diverse background in the music industry and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Royalty Analytics and Tracking at Hipgnosis Song Management since October 2020, building on previous experience as a Senior Royalty Coordinator at both Big Deal Music Group and Red Ripe Music, where Russell also held the position of Founder and Artist Manager. Prior roles include an Assistant role at Turnipblood Entertainment and internship positions at New West Records, Just Off The Radar, Orange Twin Records, and CablesAndKits. Russell began a career in pest control with Allgood Pest Solutions, completing a 30-day training program and passing multiple certification tests. Educationally, Russell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Georgia, with a focus on Music Business from the Terry College of Business.
