Jason Wampler is a seasoned process project engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Process Project Engineer at HIPP Workforce Solutions, Inc. since April 2022, Jason previously held roles at CSL Behring from April 2011 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing capital projects valued up to $13.7 million and developing engineering specifications for aseptic clean room areas. Prior positions include Associate Consultant Engineer at Evonik Degussa Corporation, Sr. Process Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, and Process Engineer at Merck, where contributions involved process optimization, troubleshooting, and establishing engineering best practices. Jason earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
