Alex Hercek has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Hippo Digital UK, where they were responsible for recruiting permanent employees and supporting the development of talent strategy. Prior to that, in 2019, they were a Group Talent Partner at EMIS Health.
