Lead User Researcher at Hippo

Brendan Lancaster has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brendan began their career as a Localisation specialist at Dorling Kindersley in 1997. From 2000 to 2017, Brendan worked at Vision Multiplatform Studio, BBC, where they served as a Content Producer. In 2017, they became a Freelance UX consultant before joining the National Trust as a Senior Digital Content Executive in May 2017. At Nomensa, Brendan worked as a Senior UX Consultant from 2017 to 2021 and then assumed the role of Principal UX Consultant until 2023. Currently, Brendan is employed as the Lead User Researcher at Hippo, starting in November 2023.

Brendan Lancaster attended Oriel College, Oxford from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a BA Hons degree in Mathematics.
