Kayliegh Sugden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kayliegh started their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at Provident Financial Group UK & ROI, where they worked on various acquisition marketing channels. Kayliegh then moved on to join Satsuma Loans in 2013, where they held roles such as Customer Journey Assistant, User Experience Executive, Test and Implementation Manager, and Website Product Owner. During their time at Satsuma Loans, they focused on improving the customer experience, implementing usability improvements, and managing development and testing. In 2018, Kayliegh joined Sky as a Product Owner, responsible for delivering products. Kayliegh later worked at thebigword as the Head of Linguist Products, overseeing linguist-related products. Currently, they are working at Hippo Digital as a Senior Digital Consultant, where they support the development of automated telephony identity verification and authentication services. Kayliegh then transitioned to become a Principal Consultant and is currently serving as the Client Director.
Kayliegh Sugden completed the CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing at Leeds Beckett University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Bradford College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Fine/Studio Arts. In addition to their education, Kayliegh Sugden also obtained certifications such as Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards from LinkedIn in 2019, and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Agility in Mind in 2018 and Radtac in 2017.
