Michael Chambers

Michael Chambers is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience across various roles focused on user-centric design principles. Currently serving as Principal Consultant for UX Design at Hippo Digital UK since July 2022, Michael specializes in ensuring alignment between user journeys and goals while exploring innovative solutions to address user challenges. Previous positions include Service Designer at the Department for Work and Pensions, where rapid adaptation to dynamic environments was essential, and Design Lead at the Ministry of Justice UK, responsible for developing the Design community and supporting talent growth. Michael has also held senior design roles at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Rare Ltd, RWE npower, Halfords, Globe Digital Media, and Service Birmingham, showcasing a diverse skill set in interaction, user interface, and web design. Educational credentials include an AVCE in Web Design from Sutton Coldfield College and further training at Green Spring Training Centre.
